Vehicles are unlawfully passing school buses as students enter and exit.

Speed, Aggressive driving and Failure to stop (passing) school buses remains a serious problem. Every violation represents a potential accident and potential injury to a student.

**2013 Survey**

- ☐ **85,279** instances of passing Nationwide
- ☐ **1,523** passing violations in Washington State alone*
- *Of 288 Districts 110 reported

Even more disturbing, of those 1,523 violations 32 instances of cars passing buses on the right - the side on which students enter the bus
